In the absence of truly unbiased media, Paradigm Shift TV is filling the gap left wide open by existing broadcasters. We are dedicated to broadcasting highly pertinent, expertly researched and often explosively revealing international documentaries.

Paradigm Shift TV is dedicated to working efficiently to promote independent film makers by screening their work and running promotion adverts and campaigns on various television platforms and networks.
Researchers
Additionally we travel throughout the UK filming conferences and events from which we produce documentaries and interviews.
Distribution
We also offer a distribution service for the Film maker’s work through our website shop to raise funds to support their work. Proceeds from our shop sales are guaranteed to go directly to the film makers or the film maker’s distribution agent(s).
We also produce our own exclusive DVD’s and T-shirts the proceeds of which go to supporting our work.

How to View
Via your television set
Some 24 million viewers, in over 10 million homes, can directly receive Information TV in the UK. There are no charges, nor is any registration required. No internet connection is required.
Information TV is a Digital Television Service. It is broadcast by satellite, and available throughout the UK as a “free-to-air” channel, accessible by all who have access to the Sky or Freesat digital satellite platforms. The channel is accessible regardless of which Sky subscription is taken by the viewer. It is also accessible by those who have terminated their Sky subscriptions, retaining only the “Free to air” channels. The channel can also be received throughout Western and much of Central Europe, with a satellite dish and receiver pointing to the Eurobird 1 satellite. There are estimated to be over 50 Million satellite viewing homes in Europe.

Showcase programme schedules are listed on both the Freesat and the SkyTM Electronic Programme Guides, and all the normal Digibox facilities are available - programme synopses, reminder setting, recording (with SkyPlusTM), adding to “my favourite channels” and so on. Some programmes may carry subtitles or non-English language audio.

Via the internet
For broadband users throughout the world, all our channels can also be viewed live via web simulcast. See the 'Schedule Page' you can view the shows by eithe clicking the showcase image to the right or if you wiant to read a little more information on the show, click on the link which says '...read more' or click on the image to the left of the content. There is no charge for viewing our programmes. To receive our simulcasts, you must have a broadband connection capable of supporting > 400KBps. If the broadcasts "stutter" and are interrupted, it is likely that your connection is not fast enough to keep up! In this case, you should close all other web-connected programmes, which might "steal" bandwidth, while watching our programmes. You may also want to clean your cookies before hand. We recommend CCleaner which is free software from Piriform.
Future plans
It is planned to extend Information TV’s distribution to the major cable networks (Virgin Media, formerly NTL and Telewest) in the near future. Again, viewer access will be totally free.
Freeview – the Digital Terrestrial service – has exhausted its channel capacity, so there is no Information TV channel available on Freeview at present. We do, however, hope to arrange capacity on Freeview alongside an existing channel, but which does not broadcast 24 hours.
In the coming months, we plan to make available on the website “on demand” replays of programmes already transmitted on Information TV, and also other related programmes, even if they have not been transmitted.
